Looks much like what I created with SeeAlso API. Reconciliation API, however looks rather complex for its use case and Freebase is going to shut down so I would not bet on this horse by now. Nomenklature seems to use another API or a different subset, so it's not clear to me what API actually to support. Anyway this interesting service is not restricted to RDF so it should better be an independent CPAN package.

Could indeed be built in a separate package as an application. With linked data fragments you could create your own reconciliation datasets and query against them. Will look into it

Support of reconciliation services in Catmandu would be nice but this is not related to Catmandu-RDF, so I close this issue.
