Clarify name of devel branch in Catmandu::Development

Catmandu::Development explains to use the devel branch. It looks like there is no such branch but it has been renamed to dev (?).

I admit there's an inconsistency in the description. I'll correct it. And it's very cool that gbv and you are interested in Catmandu.
