current version not indexed on cpan #3

the current version 0.0303 is not indexed correctly on cpan:

$ cpanm Dancer::Plugin::Catmandu::OAI Dancer::Plugin::Catmandu::OAI is up to date. (0.0302)

you have changed permissions on cpan, maybe something went wrong.

It has not been sent yet to CPAN. It's waiting for approval by the original author (Nicolas Steenlant).

well, https://metacpan.org/release/NJFRANCK/Dancer-Plugin-Catmandu-OAI-0.0303

but if you search for it you get the previous version.

Right, I remember now. I tried to sent it to CPAN, but the indexation failed because I do not have permission to add packages in that namespace. So I asked the other Nicolas to sent it, but he's probably going to changes a few things before sending it.

Strange metacpan and cpan are not in sync with each other
