This is the jekyllized version of Najko's Bootstrap-based design. Using a static HTML generator such as Jekyll will help us avoid repeating HTML code such as the footer. Jekyll also ships with a nice templating language (Liquid) not unlike Template Toolkit. Not least, you can author pages in markdown or textile as well as HTML. You can even get away without installing Jekyll locally (though it's easy: sudo gem install jekyll) because GitHub runs it for you.
