[x] Use the latest version of PHPUnit
[x] Implement HTML report
[ ] Implement export the coverage to XML for use in coveralls like this example
[ ] Implement Coveralls to view the % of coverage report in README.md
[x] put the phpunit.xml in root directory of the project
