Error exporting reports to CSV #1316

Reproduce this:

Click on 'Reports' and select 'Patient List' or any other report.
Click 'Submit' and Export to CSV.

Got this when I clicked export (there were no active reports but it still let me export a csv)

not able to replicate your error @Trodrige

@muarachmann and @jonathanzhang53 please make sure you have the latest version of the code. I still have the same error after the pulling the code, master branch.

@Trodrige I did git fetch upstream and git merge upstream/master before testing. maybe you have some data in your machine that is being passed through and not read correctly?
