Can not fix #1444 since no 'Inventory' option under 'Reports' is found on local instance #1465

B) Issue Title: Can not find 'Inventory' drop down under 'Reports' on local instance cloned from GitHub.

C) Bug Report Date: April 1, 2019.

D) Site Affected: GitHub clone and Local instance.

E) OS/ Browser Used: Chrome on Ubuntu 16.04

F) Which Workflow Module in LHEHR: ‘Reports’ => ‘Inventory’.

G) Steps to Reproduce the Bug:

  1. Login to LibreHealth EHR on the local instance.
  2. Select ‘Reports’ from the main menu item.

H) At Point of the Bug, the Expected Behavior: User expects to see the 'Inventory' drop down option.

I) Details of What Actually Happened: User can not find this option and so can not perform the tasks from the module such as viewing list of drug activities in particular faclitites.

K) Estimation of The Bug Severity: Critical - a developer can not fix problems associated with this module if there is no way to test its functionalities especially while fixing #1444

@Ngai-E I see the "Inventory" menu item in my local instance as shown below: Inventory

Can you check again, so we can determine if this issue still needs to be resolved?
