Buttons Style In Message and Reminder Center #1602

B) Issue title: Buttons Style In Message and Reminder Center C) Report Date: 31st March, 2020 D) Sites Affected: Local Instance E) OS/ browser used: Mozilla Firefox F) EHR Workflow module: Message And Reminder Center G) Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

H) Expected Behavior: Buttons styled in a good manner. I) What Actually Happened: Whenever I open the Message and Reminder Center and try to send a message, I come across the “Add New” button which is styled improperly. Also, when I want to delete any previous message sent, I come across “Delete” button which too is styled improperly. I am facing this issue in Chrome, Firefox as well as Chromium. J) Screenshots with Explanation:
