LH-EHR: Add a back button on the "Transaction" page

When the user clicks on the "Transaction" tab on the patient's summary tab, there is no "Back" button on the screen for the user to exit the page. Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Log onto the LibreHealth application
2. Click on the "Patient/Client" tab
3. Click on "Finder" and select a patient to work on
4. This will open up the patient demographic page
5. On the Patient's summary page, click on "Transactions" tab
6. This will a open a screen to add the patient transactions information
7. There is no "Back" button on this page
8. The user has to refresh the page each time to exit from the current screen
9. Browser: Replicated this on Chrome, Firefox
