Adjustments in Social Statistics section while adding a patient #731

When choosing a language in Social Statistics section, 'English' appears twice in the list of languages.

Also 'Financial Review Date' should be a date picker, not text input.

The languages should be driven from the "List" Under administration and then list.

Yes finical review date should be a date picker. It may be set to a text field and not a date field . Under layouts

Scratch that response English only appears once in the list and the review date is set to date-text. Bugs

I have 1 'English' entry under Administration->Lists, but two still appear while adding a patient.

Well, are there two entries in your database?

Were they "English UK" and "English Jamaican" or something, and got shortened up?

Frankly, that social statistic list is either an overdone piece of crud, or it needs to be a searchable enum (active search) thing. Of course, these days you could say that about city and street names as well.
