sym/cmp for rpi pico

SUMMARY

Created separate 6 pin symbol for TP1-6, would only place the 6 pin if intending to break out test points or USB on SMD variants

I Put the 3 GPIO pins that caan be ADC onto the other side next to AGND to make it slightly more compact

I guess this is a duplicate of #11 where we already merged symbol & component for Rpi Pico(?). Therefore I'll will close this, but if I missed something please let me know and reopen this PR. Thanks!
