Refactor generate_idc.py to use entity classes
Enhance packages with LibrePCB 1.0 features
- Add package outline polygon
- Use rounded pads
- Specify assembly type & pad functions
- Also generate a device for each package, including MPNs

Reverted the courtyard to include clearance to pads (but with consistent excess now), see screenshot.
