Add package outline & courtyard polygons to packages
Approve "suspicious assembly type" in soldered wire connector packages
Approve "no default value set" message in soldered wire connector components
Approve "no parts" message in all devices
Note: For the male pin headers the outline/courtyard polygons are not exactly following the legend:
However, these polygons do follow the outline of the 3D model. Also for the female sockets this inconsistency doesn't exist since their legend is simply a rectangle. Actually I think it would make more sense to simplify the legend for male headers as well, but since it's not related to this change (and not critical at all) I'd just keep it as-is for now...
