Rework the self-hosting documentation to be more detailed

Detailed description

Often, it is not clear, what certain parameters in your config do.

• What do I have to change so it works with my server?
  • For Example: in .env, what does WEB_URL mean? Do I have to change it to make it work?
  • Another one: How to connect to your self-hosted Librepass Server from Android? In the app, there is no port to set, the app does not check wether its a valid address, etc.

I think you get my point, and I'd love to see a more detailed documentation of the Librepass Server.
