Describe the enhancement you'd like If two users have identical source directories, could they not share the same scan data?

Describe why this will benefit the LibrePhotos Would save time if users are sharing the same photos. In my use case, we want to set up family photos. Anyone can upload, fix face recognitions, tweak albums, etc. Today you can have one user and share the password, but it would be better if there was more than one user and if the admin assigns the same folders and that have already been scanned, then all the photos are ready to be seen.

The open question around that feature are:

How do we communicate that to the user? Should we just allow using the same path and handle everything in the backend or should it be a separate action like "Share library"
What do we allow / not allow for the second user? Especially deleting, renaming files and changing metadata and folder could be tricky / should be customizable.
Should we also share all albums with the other user, or should this be a different action? It should be readable for the user, that he shared an album.

We should also fix the open usability issue lined out in #492 first.
