With the attached dump there is a bad calculation of the earned value, especifically, for the BCWS for the project "Proyecto de prueba".
It is put the value now bellow the hours planned but in another point of the time axis ¿?.
Probably the error could be in navalplan-1.1 but not sure.

I am using LibrePlan, and still the problem exists. According to the Details view, my project has a BAC of 7264 hours, but when it comes to the Earned Value tab, it says 6526.
