There are some use cases in which the behaviour of the advanced search could be polished. Cases:
If you select a category and then a resource, the radio button below changes to "specific allocation". But now if you select a different category and no resource, you have to change manually to "generic workers allocation".
If the radio button is in "specific allocation" and the user selects a criterion but he doesn't change to "generic", no allocations will be done when he closes the search with "select" button, which might be strange.
When you change the value of the radio button, the selections in the tree of criteria and in the resources list are cleared. Maybe that's not what the user wants. For example, he might have clicked on a criterion and a resource from the list, but he finally decides to do a generic allocation to the selected criterion; when he changes to "specific" he will have to select the criterion again.
Finally, I don't know how common is this issue, but I often find myself pressing "accept" button instead of "select" when I want to do my allocation, and I have to enter the allocation window and repeat the process again.
