Create template from selected task is not working #1897

Steps to reproduce:

use attached DB dump db.sql.zip
login as admin user
go to project name: project1
select Project Details
in WBS (tasks) select task6
go to Selected node: click Create template from selected task

Actual result: edit_template

Expected result:

Edit Template page should be displayed
