Add jaspersoft.artifactoryonline.com/jaspersoft/third-party-ce-artifacts to nexus.libreplan.dev #1943

Today, http://jaspersoft.artifactoryonline.com/jaspersoft/third-party-ce-artifacts/ seems to be offline (502) and http://jaspersoft.artifactoryonline.com/jaspersoft/third-party-ce-artifacts/org/olap4j/olap4j/0.9.7.309-JS-3/olap4j-0.9.7.309-JS-3.pom cannot be retrieved. Would it be possible to add these artifacts to nexus.libreplan.dev in order to be more robust?
