Information of device count in ShapedDevices.csv would be also useful! :)

Device count is right there in the UI: image

The other one is a pretty decent change. Probably ought to also say something along the lines of "warning, queue number override enabled - stuff may break".

I know that. This doesnt change situation.

UI got information about current state. Logs got info about the past - this is the purpose why we need this information about queues count in scheduler logs.
