Add Voice Command #246

You are doing a great job, this app is a life saver considering danger of blue light. I want request that you make it possible for users to activate or deactivated with voice command.

Also, if you accept, I would love to translate the language to Yoruba and Pidgin English.

Voice commands are an interesting idea. In particular, they'd solve #228 as well. I'm not sure what it would take to implement them, though.

As for translations, I'd be happy to add them. The easiest way is probably via weblate; there's a link in the readme (I'd copy it here but I'm on my phone at the moment).
