Click on "Pause in excluded apps" to go to that subscreen
Return to settings screen, watching the bottom of the screen closely
Actual behavior: "Searching for location" snackbar appears very briefly at the bottom.
Expected behavior: Snackbar should not flicker. Either it should appear for a few seconds to show a message (one of: a prompt to enable location services, "searching for location", or "location found") or not at all.

This also happens sometimes when enabling "Sunset to sunrise" setting.
