In case Fuse 600mA 1206 is not available:

use slightly lower value instead (e.g. 460mA)?
use slightly higher value instead (e.g. 750mA)? please give a range.

I assume you don't need the CAN bus part for your application anyway, so you can leave out that sheet of the circuit completely.

The fuse protects the RJ45 wires from overcurrent and they can handle around 300 mA per wire pair (we use two pairs). Allowing less current is always safe.
