Experimental features #27

Currently, LibreSprite has some experimental features available in Preferences. We should either properly implement these or remove them.

Native mouse cursor has already been moved out of the experimental features here => https://github.com/LibreSprite/LibreSprite/pull/168

About the other ones, I've never enabled them so I can't really say as for now. I'll test them in these days and come back to you

The current version on linux does not support native file dialog or native cursor. I can't confirm about flash layers
