For example, if you are trying to create a sky full of stars, you have to manually place each of them, or create a big brush that will place multiple stars at once (second solution will create a visible pattern that some people can see, which is not very good).

Random brush scattering with few settings: width of scatter, randomization of brush size, randomization of colors.

Doing all that by hand ofc oO

This feature can be pretty handy for many things where you have to create some natural textures, or quickly place many complex brush spots to create interesting effects.
