Having the option to export pixel art as a svg where every 1x1 pixel is a 1x1 box.

I have tried using Inkscape by upscaling my art, tracing it with color option with smoothing and optimizing options unchecked. It gave a result but with unconsistent square sizes.
Additional context
What I mean is not a pixel art vectorizer. There are tons of those on the net but a one that converts every pixel to a block is what I couldn't find easily. What I mean is something like this but within the Libresprite.
