Release 1.5.3 #133

Here we will change back to our binder.libretexts.org, bump to image 2.3.1, and upgrade yarn dependencies. We need to wait for binder.libretexts.org to properly be back online before making this merge.

Henry changed the DNS records at 1:34PM, and the records have a TTL of 12h. Give it another couple hours for safety (since recursive resolvers may cache it a bit longer), I think we're safe to merge this in the morning. LGTM
