Uses thebe 0.8.0, adds FontAwesome v5 by default, and updates some dependencies.

Thebe 0.8.0, adds calculating indicator and lots of ipython support #165

On query, this looks fine. As mentioned here, the bokeh example does not work. Furthermore, font awesome is not being loaded on my local version of ckeditor binder plugin. The latter needs to be fixed for sure before merging.

As far as I understand it, I think the automatic loading is based in registerPlugin.js, which isn't used locally? @Miniland1333 can probably speak more into it.
