Mathjax conflict #96

In an email from Delmar, mathjax doesn't load on LibreTexts pages. For Delmar, mathjax doesn't work on Chrome or Firefox, but works on Edge. For Jason, mathjax does work on Firefox.

I just tried on the query site using chrome and it works as normal. It might either be a OS/browser version issue or there is something else on the chemistry site that is causing this. We need to some more information to reproduce this.
