Don't display redundant kernels #125

This is what I see now on the launcher: Selection_557 Ultimately, it would be nice if there weren't the [conda env:root]* buttons which seem to be duplicates.

Adding this as reference: https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/remove-environments-from-the-jupyter-lab-launcher/762/5 Seems like you can whitelist kernels, need to test whether this would affect custom conda environments later (am working on login right now).
