helm bin keeps dying #256

For some reason, the helm bin in /usr/local/bin/ becomes something of size 0 bytes, requiring constant reinstalls. I don't see any other effects of this, and the behavior doesn't seem to be consistent.

It turns out helm changed their versions webpage so the script we had in place for keeping helm up to date wouldn't be able to check properly anymore. I've applied the fix. Thanks @rkevin-arch !
