Text to Speech [enhancement] #32

I was thinking we could add Text to Speech to the translations.

I found a couple libraries we could possibly use if it is ok with the Admins.

I guess more of what I am asking is it ok with the Admins?

I am editing my copy of the html file for the website to try to add it and this pops up.

Are you getting any errors from the web developers toolbar console?

Just as an update to this issue, there is now a great open source TTS library called Piper (https://github.com/rhasspy/piper). How about integrating Piper? It is also written in Python and uses PyTorch.
