Oculus Avatars will not open/run #1084

Windows Mixed Reality Steam VR (tried standard and beta builds) ReVive 1.5.0

Click the icon on the SteamVR Dashboard or ReVive Dashboard and nothing happens. In SteamVR (in the HMD) the Oculus Avatars icon pops-up for a sec like it's going to try to run, then it quickly goes back to the dashboard.

As above (WMR/Steam VR) with ReVive 1.5.1. Avatar Editor shows text but no logo/picture and does nothing when clicked. Seems like Avatar Editor is not being found but is still showing on the ReVive dashboard. This is with Oculus software v1.32. Screen shot of dashboard showing issue.
