No Response from Dashboard #1182

Description of the issue

Launching Revive without SteamVR opens the Revive Overlay, listing a few Oculus apps, but none of the buttons seem to do anything.

CPU: Core i7 4790K
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SC 4096MB GDDR5
RAM: 8 Gb
OS: Win 10 Pro latest
Lenovo Explorer

Versions and features

Revive / Remixed 1.6.3

What is the last working version before this issue first came up?

I have never had Revive working, but SteamVR and standalone games run perfectly well.

What apps/games are you trying to run?

Anything from Oculus; Dreamdeck, for example

How to reproduce your issue?

Run Revive from Start menu without SteamVR running and with or without WMR running.
Click buttons/shortcuts on the Revive Overlay -- get no response

Nyah ha ha, I didn't have Oculus Store installed. After writing up this ticket, it occurred to me that I uninstalled the Oculus software a while ago because none of the software ever worked. I suppose I would recommend you mention installing it in the setup for Remixed. Even though it seems obvious, I just got my headset a few weeks ago, and today is the first time anything Oculus ever ran on in.
