Revive:
SteamVR:

Create a system report Right-click your SteamVR status window and click "Create System Report", save the result to a file and drag and drop that file into this text box.

the problem is not with VD tho its something else bc i have a vive to and the same problem happens

no im not the game will open on desktop but just has a loading sreen on the hmd ive unistalled revive and steam vr 2 times and im not using steam vr beta

It's probably blocking the injection. Uninstall it
