Stormland renders on desktop but not in Rift S #1623

Do not report issues when using Virtual Desktop or ALVR, this is not supported by Revive. The issue concerns SteamVR+Revive+Rift S

Describe the bug Stormland opens and renders on the desktop window correctly but not inside the Rift S headset. a) You can hear the sounds inside the headset. b) When you turn your head this correctly affects the rendered perspective of the game that has opened on the desktop c) You see the Stormland logo in front of the steamVR background in the headset d) does not crash

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On SteamVR connect Rift S or Quest with Link
  2. Click on Revive and open Stormland

Expected behavior Stormland to be seen inside the headset.

Additional context Cybershoes is an accessory for walking in VR. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1222360/Cybershoes/ Many of our customers have the Rift S. In order to run a game from the Oculus store, they run it via REVIVE and SteamVR. Cybershoes need steamVR to bind the Cybershoes-controller movement to the game. had the same issue, get an older version of revive

I believe I solved this by physically dragging the exe for stormland, onto the Revive exe. I also found an old openvr.dll file "fix" for this that I did at the same time, but this just added variables that I don't know exactly what did fix it.

If I open stormlands normally within revive, it doesnt work, if i drag the exe on top of eachother, it does every time. Super strange. Even using the injector to select it doesn't work.

Did you drag on ReviveOverlay.exe or ReviveInjector.exe? I tried with both files on RiftS without success. Which headset did you use?

Did not have success with 1.9.2, 2.0.0 and 2.1.1
