Controller haptics not working in latest SteamVR #1683

Describe the bug Controller haptic does not work in any revive game with SteamVR Beta 1.17.1. Current stable version (1.16.10) has issues as well where haptics are sometimes missed or delayed. OpenXR disable/enabled in Revive seems to have no impact.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Revive dashboard.
  2. Start any game. (e.g. Population One, Pistol Whip)
  3. No haptics on the controller.

Expected behavior Haptics on the controller should work.

Additional context Everything else work wonderfully, only issue with the haptics.

Version 2.1.1.131 seem to have the same behavior.

SteamVR 1.15.12 is the last known working version.

The description form Steam says "v1.15.12 of SteamVR which allowed Older Oculus software". I guess Revive may require an update.
