Isn't Population One on Steam?

I also can't open Population one through Revive. I had this game for a long time on oculus because I played on Quest 2. So I'm not interested in this game on Steam. Now I have a Pico 4 and I would like to use the same oculus account where I already have a high level and several Skins. Can anyone help. The link above that talks about a different version on discord has nothing.
