Titles Launching Only in Desktop Mode and not Displaying game in the HMD (Valve Index & Revive Version 3.2.0) #1836

POPULATION: ONE and Onward continue to launch in desktop mode. Could be other titles as well. Only BoneLab so far seems to launch, run and display the game in the HMD just fine on the most recent patch for revive. (Version 3.2.0) Have yet to try any other titles besides these three. Games will not show up in the center "Now Playing" tab in the SteamVR overlay. So far I've reinstalled Oculus and the games themselves along with reinstalling revive, power cycling and just straight up restarting SteamVR. Could be an error on my part or a quick fix but have yet to dig for one. Going to try an older version of revive and continue to troubleshoot in the morning.

Have the same issue, but with Golf+. Worked fine earlier with Revive 3.2.0, Valve Index. Have not updated or changed anything, unless Oculus Home has been updated automatically.

I can attest to @BetterThanRaw with Golf+ not loading into a VR environment within SteamVR. You can hear audio, but the display is static as a desktop application.

I'm working to update the submodules and rebuild this repository in my own fork for testing. I'll report back if I have any success.

@BetterThanRaw I was able to fix this by turning Meta Plugin Compatibility to "On" inside the SteamVR Settings -> Open XR.

Currently working using SteamVR 2.1.4

Thank you! Works for me too, alltho in game things have gone wrong since I guess Golf+ has been updated. Controllers are miss-matched and can't press anything in menus. Can access menus, but not press anything inside them.
