A page should be provided (via chesster) to allow users to set proposed times of the week. Users should then be able to copy a link and share it with their opponent as an easier way to negotiate a game time.

The "edit" link should be temporary (with data persisted for the user). The "share" link should store a snapshot of the time data and be public.

The "edit" and "share" pages should display times in multiple timezones - e.g. UTC, user local, opponent local.

Related suggestion from season 12 survey: "Be able to send a message to chesster that will echo it to my opponent when the pairing happens. Example: "I am available on... "
