Regression: Add benchmark tracefiles to repository

• BMW will generate "benchmark tracefiles" with gt-gen-core and stores them according OSI tracefile specification in .osi files
• BMW defines an OSI MCAP specification PR
• The specification will be implemented in https://github.com/OpenSimulationInterface/osi-utilities (currently private)
• We will use these utilities to read/write osi mcap traces and package the .osi benchmark tracefiles accordingly
• The now OSI MCAP benchmark tracefiles will be added to the asam-osi-converter repository
• asam-osi-converter shall visualize these benchmark tracefiles correctly and use them in regression tests
