From https://github.com/LieberInstitute/DLPFC_snRNAseq/search?q=module+load+conda_R I see lots of module load conda_R which are not explicit and rely on the default version (right now it's 4.1.x). I recommend switching to module load conda_R/devel which right now is R 4.2 (latest stable R) unless Kasper Daniel Hansen upgrades the conda_R modules and creates conda_R/4.2 (doesn't exist right now).
