"If it looks like it could take a day or so to run, let's try it out. It could be some supplementary info for the snRNA-seq SCE object and potentially help while annotating clusters. But if it doesn't work out, that's ok. Use the n = 3 DLPFC snRNA-seq samples from Tran et al, Neuron, 2021 and the specific clusters as the reference data. Maybe try it again even the preliminary clusters if it seems to work better with small clusters, or the broad cell types if it's the opposite case."

We'll de-prioritize this option for now since PEC is using Azimuth. So we'll favor #12
