Goal: Identify differentially expressed genes between SCZ and control donors in the bulk data

After completing #6 qSVA and #7 snpPCs complete DEG analysis:

[ ] Explore potential model variables visually with boxplots
[ ] Explore potential model variables with Variance Partition analysis
[ ] Use variable exploration to design DE model
[ ] Preform Limma/Voom DEG analysis
[ ] Visualize results with volcano plots and boxplots
[ ] GO analysis
[ ] Compare stats with other SCZ vs. control analysis to evaluate differences in Habenula
