Can you transfer any new data from /dcs04/lieber/data/transfers/psomagen/AN00000906 to the raw-data from this project? I think that's what we/you did last time too (from a similar path). I couldn't tell quickly if some of the samples there are those we had already or not.
We'll soon get more bulk RNA-seq data, so once we have it all, it'll be good to run SPEAQeasy on all these samples. But lets wait for all the data to be there first.
