Get preliminary cell type proportions for HALO data #3

Evaluate the performance of the HALO settings/algorithms by checking cell type proportions over the samples. Compare trends over slides and algorithms to check for technical bias.

Check out "multi" cell combos, any patterns? Can we compare a less strict cell type call (maybe allowing some multi as a cell type) to a exclusive marker cell type?

Cell type proportions have been calculated post QC from #2
