Update meeting with Jacob and Fernando.

• So far, Jiong hasn't been able to install docker at JHPCE and it doesn't look like it'll be possible.
• Nextflow supports having more than 1 config file, like in https://github.com/SciLifeLab/NGI-RNAseq/tree/master/conf. So the idea is to have a docker config file and another one specific to JHPCE.
• The JHPCE config might have to look like https://github.com/SciLifeLab/NGI-RNAseq/blob/master/conf/base.config and/or https://github.com/SciLifeLab/NGI-RNAseq/blob/master/conf/igenomes.config (for the annotation files). The software will have to be on the $PATH just like in https://github.com/SciLifeLab/NGI-RNAseq/blob/master/main.nf#L606
• We got https://hub.docker.com/u/libddocker/dashboard/ setup and Jacob can use it.
• We are using https://github.com/SciLifeLab/NGI-RNAseq and https://github.com/SciLifeLab/NGI-RNAseq/blob/master/docs/installation.md to guide ourselves on how to use Nextflow.
• Jacob will drop the usage of the manifest file (and send me an example) to take advantage of Nextflow's capabilities.

Jacob and Fernando will be gone until ~Jan 5th (back to work on the 8th). So we'll suspend the next two meetings.
