Update alignment metrics plots comparing Visium IF vs Visium #42

we have those versions (https://github.com/LieberInstitute/Visium_IF_AD/blob/master/plots/03_analysis/10x_checks/cross_study_spaceranger_metrics_by_number_of_reads.pdf) plus also the ones at https://github.com/LieberInstitute/Visium_IF_AD/blob/master/plots/03_analysis/10x_checks/cross_study_spaceranger_metrics_boxplots.pdf.

In any case, we first need to include the latest spatialDLPFC Visium samples + the new Visium IF DLPFC samples (n = 4). I might need to talk to Sang Ho about this one to fully clarify what visualizations to show here.

Sang Ho initially intended to include this information in the manuscript, but later decided it was unnecessary.
