Add a supplementary plot showing WM in whole genome. Add a row for BayesSpace k = 4 for targeted. Move the spatial registration plot from supp fig 4c to this one. Add the corresponding one for targeted.

Then use the same colors for the cases in Supp Fig 4B.

Done for WG TGE is not covered in this manuscript for the scope of the project.
