Gene grid plot(s) #48

Generate grid plots (white background, point size = 2, likely use magma color scale and reverse the order) for the logcounts for some genes of interest using the shiny app(s; in case you show targeted sequencing too). Similar to some of our supplementary plots in Maynard et al, Neuroscience, 2021.

Choosing the exact genes could wait. But well, some of them could be MOBP, SNAP25, MALAT1 (if we want to discuss it in relation to dying cells).

Some could be the same genes we identified using the DE pathology modeling
